What Security precautions do you take?
Complete background checks are conducted on any resident residing on the property longer than 14 days.
What is your pet policy?
Unless registered as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. However, we welcome your smallest pet or even your largest pet, with 35lb weight limit. There is a two-pet maximum per home. We require a one-time non-refundable pet fee, monthly fees, and up to date vet records.
What is there to do around Fairways of Inverrary
Just minutes away, there’s so much .. such as the exceptional shopping of the Fort Lauderdale area, including the Galleria Mall, Broward Mall, Coral Springs Mall, Sawgrass Mall, and the boutiques and restaurants of Las Olas Boulevard. Beautiful beaches, sporting events and golf courses. In addition, Ft. Lauderdale International Airport puts convenient travel just minutes from your door.
Maintenance and Maintenance Requests
Our maintenance team is on staff Monday – Friday during normal business hours. After hours or on weekends we do have emergency maintenance. You can place a maintenance request online, over the phone, or in the office. For emergency or after hour maintenance please follow the voicemail prompts on the office line.
What is your Parking Policy?
Our community does have open parking in the community for residents and designated spots for our guests.
Internet and Cable Providers
Our community does not offer a cable or internet package so you have the opportunity to use any provider you choose. We also allow satellite dishes in our community; however must be contained to the Resident’s patio/balcony.
What are your Rent Payment Options
Preferred payment method is to provide payment online, but you may drop off personal or certified checks in the office during business hours.
